2. Delivery Time

• Orders are shipped as soon as all items are available.

• All orders are processed within 24 hours. Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days, depending on stock availability.​

• Estimated delivery times:​

  • Europe: 3–14 business days, depending on your location.

• Orders are processed on working days. During holidays, high-volume periods (Christmas, Black Friday, etc.), or due to unforeseen events (pandemic, airspace restrictions, customs inspection), delivery times may be longer.

3. Tracking Your Order

As soon as we ship your order, you will receive by email the tracking number that will allow you to follow the delivery status.

4. Customs Duties and Taxes

• European Union: No additional taxes or customs duties apply. Prices include VAT.

• Outside the EU: Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. All items are shipped DDU – Delivery Duties Unpaid.

5. Address Changes

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

• Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the address. In some cases, you may be able to update it directly with DHL using your tracking link, but this is not guaranteed.
