Right of Withdrawal

All returns from are completely free. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

 

How it works

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Pet supplements cannot be returned once opened due to hygiene and safety reasons.

• Smart pet devices must be  must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all accessories and original packaging.

• Items must not show signs of use beyond what is necessary to check their condition and functionality.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

How to Return

To request a return:

1. Email info@alovestory.shop

2. Include:

   • Order number

   • Item(s) to return

   • Quantity

We will review your request and you will then receive a confirmation email.

Please note: Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds 

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items. If anything is unclear, we will contact you.

• If everything meets our return conditions, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

• Full order returned: Full amount refunded.

• Partial return: Refund applies only to the returned items.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or proof of return.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Important Notes

• Returns are free of charge.

• Items that are used, damaged, or incomplete may not be eligible for a refund.

• Goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized cannot be returned

• Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly cannot be returned

• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons cannot be returned if unsealed after delivery.
